Upon arrival at Delhi Airport / Railway Station, meet our representative and proceed towards Shimla, the former summer capital of British India and one of Himachal
Pradesh's most charming hill stations. Enjoy the scenic drive through Chandigarh, Solan, and picturesque mountain roads surrounded by pine and deodar forests. Upon
arrival, check in at the hotel and relax. In the evening, enjoy a leisurely walk around The Mall Road and The Ridge, soaking in the cool mountain weather and colonial

• Jeep safari charges in Jim Corbett National Park
• Entry fees, monument charges, camera charges, and activity fees at sightseeing places
• Any meals other than mentioned in the inclusions
• Early check-in and late check-out at hotels
• Medical expenses, emergency expenses, and travel insurance
• Any extra sightseeing, transfers, or detours not mentioned in the itinerary
• Expenses due to natural calamities, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances, or unforeseen circumstances

In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS..

The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.

Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.

In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.

We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.

The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.

The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).

• All hill destinations like Chakrata, Kanatal, Chopta, Auli, Kausani, and Kainchi Dham are Non AC rooms
• Weather in hill areas changes frequently, so sightseeing may be adjusted as per road and weather conditions
• During winter season, snowfall may cause road blockage, alternate sightseeing routes will be provided if required
• Ropeway rides, snow activities, and trekking depend on weather conditions and government permissions
• Jeep safari in Corbett is subject to forest department availability, zone allotment, and permit rules
• Remote destinations like Chopta have limited hotel options and basic facilities
• Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM
• Room heaters in cold destinations are chargeable directly at hotel
• Itinerary may change due to weather, road, or government regulations without prior notice
• Guests are advised to carry warm clothes, comfortable shoes, rain jacket, sunscreen, sunglasses, and basic medicines
