Day-wise Itinerary
Arrive at Cochin Airport or Railway Station and transfer to the hotel for check-in. In the afternoon, proceed for Cochin local sightseeing including Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church, and Chinese Fishing Nets. Evening free at leisure. Overnight stay at Cochin.

Entrance fees to monuments, museum tickets, sanctuary entry, or zoo fees.
Boating charges (Periyar Lake boating, motorboat, etc.) and activity charges (Spice plantation tour, Ayurvedic massage, Elephant ride).
Any meal other than those mentioned in the inclusions (Lunch & Dinner at hotels).
Personal expenses such as laundry, room service, telephone calls, tips, and minibar.
Early check-in or late check-out charges at hotels.
Travel Insurance and any expense caused by unforeseen natural calamities, flight delays, or road blockages.

In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS..

The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.

Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.

In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.

We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.

The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.

The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).

Rates are calculated based on the mentioned group size (10 Adults). Any change in pax count may alter the package cost.
Rooms and Houseboat are subject to availability at the time of final confirmation.
Standard Check-in time is 12:00 PM / 2:00 PM and Check-out time is 10:00 AM / 11:00 AM.
AC in the vehicle will operate only while driving and will be turned off in hill stations (Munnar) or stationary parking.
Carry valid Govt. ID proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License) for all guests at the time of check-in. PAN Card is not accepted as ID proof by hotels.
