Mawlynnong & Dawki: Explore Asia’s cleanest village, the Living Root Bridge, and enjoy a boat ride on the crystal-clear Umngot River at the India-Bangladesh border.
Kaziranga National Park: 1 included Jeep Safari to spot the famous One-Horned Rhinoceros, plus a visit to the Orchid Park.
Guwahati: Local temple sightseeing (Tirupati Balaji, Basistha) before departure.

Route: Guwahati Airport/Railway Station to Shillong (130 km / 3 hrs)
Sightseeing: Stop at Umium Lake (Barapani) on the way. If time permits, visit Ward’s Lake and Lady Hydari Park in Shillong.
Meals: Dinner at the hotel (Breakfast/Lunch not included due to travel timing).

Safari: Kaziranga Elephant Safari (costs ₹1,700 + 5% GST extra per person).

Fees: Entry tickets, camera fees at sightseeing spots, and local guide charges.
Activities: Boat rides (Dawki), rafting, ropeway, or VIP Darshan (Kamakhya Temple).
Hotel Extras: Room heater charges, laundry, phone bills, and tips.

In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS..

The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.

Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.

In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.

We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.

The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.

The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).

Booking & Pricing Conditions
Price Validity: The quoted price is valid for 7 days only. Rooms are not blocked yet and are subject to availability at the time of final booking.
ID Requirements: Valid Indian Government photo ID proof is mandatory for all guests. PAN Cards are not accepted by hotels.
Itinerary Changes: The agency reserves the right to re-arrange the sightseeing sequence based on hotel availability, weather, or road conditions.
Hotel & Stay Rules
Hotel Standards: Accommodations in this region are simple with basic amenities; they should not be compared to luxury properties in highly developed metros.
Basic Facilities: Features like lifts, western toilets, continuous power backup, or room geysers may not be available at all locations. Hot water may be supplied during fixed morning/evening hours only.
Extra Bed: Extra occupants sharing a room will be provided with a standard mattress or roll-away bed on the floor instead of a regular bed.
Vehicle & Transport Rules
Point-to-Point Service: The Tempo Traveller is provided strictly as per the pre-planned itinerary on a point-to-point basis. It is not at your disposal for unrequested late-night or random roaming.
Luggage Space: Commercial vehicles in this sector usually do not have overhead luggage carriers. You are requested to travel light so baggage can fit comfortably inside the vehicle.
Timing & Restrictions: Full-day sightseeing ends between 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Night driving is not permitted. Due to strict traffic rules and low-parking zones, guests must cooperate with the driver and be ready on time.
Kaziranga Safari Rules
Forest Department Control: All safaris are directly managed by the forest department. They can be canceled at the last minute due to weather, anti-poaching drives, or VVIP movements. The agent is not liable for refunds under such official cancellations.
