"Upon arrival at Varanasi Airport or Railway Station, meet our representative and transfer to your pre-booked hotel. After check-in and some relaxation, proceed for local sightseeing in the evening. Visit iconic temples including Kashi Vishwanath Temple (Golden Temple), Annapurna Temple, and Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple. Witness the spiritual brilliance of the evening Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay."

Meal Plan: Modified American Plan (MAP) – featuring daily breakfast and dinner at the hotels, starting from dinner on Day 1 to breakfast on Day 5.
Transport: Private AC vehicle for all transfers, sightseeing, and excursions as detailed in the pre-mapped itinerary. (Vehicle types are based on group size: Sedan, Ertiga, Innova, or Tempo Traveler).
Airport/Railway Support: Dedicated pickup and drop services between Varanasi/Lucknow Airport/Railway Station and the respective hotels.
Logistics: All necessary road tolls, state taxes, driver allowances, and parking fees are covered.
Support: 24/7 on-ground assistance throughout the entire tour from our tour coordinators.

Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.

Major Travel: Airfare (Domestic flights) or Train tickets (IRCTC fares).
Site Entry: All monument entry tickets, museum fees, and camera permissions are excluded.
Local Services: Local tour guides, local boating (e.g., Triveni Sangam boat rides, Ganga boat rides), ropeways, and local cycle rickshaws are on direct payment by guests.
Personal Extras: Laundry services, room service, telephone calls, mini-bar consumption, tips, and portage at hotels/airports.
Meals: Any lunches or specific beverages (mineral water, alcohol) not included in the MAP plan.
Divine Visits: Special temple darsan tokens, VIP entry tickets, and offerings (prasad) are personal costs.
Insurance: Personal travel insurance, medical expenses, and emergency medical evacuation costs.
External Factors: Any additional costs arising from flight/train cancellations, roadblocks, weather disturbances, or political conditions.
Taxes: Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable on the final package billing.

In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS..

The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.

Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.

In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.

We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.

The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.

The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).

Check-In/Check-Out Protocols: Official check-in times at most hotels are 12:00 PM / 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM / 12:00 PM. Early arrival or delayed departure is subject to additional room availability and extra charges.
Occupancy Policy: Minimum standard package rates apply for a double (twin-sharing) occupancy booking. Triple occupancy requests can be accommodated with an extra bed option for an adult/child.
Identify Protocol: Every individual traveler must present a valid government-issued photo ID card (e.g., Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport) at every hotel check-in desk. Pan Cards are not accepted.
Dynamic Itinerary: While every attempt will be made to cover all sightseeing listed, the day-wise sequence may be altered due to local traffic conditions, VIP movements, or weather constraints without prior notice.
